The Spandau station in Berlin features a glass roof divided into two sections: A, measuring 34 meters, and B, measuring 56 meters. The roof is supported by multiple arched grid shells and curved steel girders spaced every 18 meters. Dr. Fathy Saad contributed to the design team responsible for this project.
