Five newly constructed bridges in Ismailia City, designed to enhance connectivity and transportation efficiency. Among these, four U-turn bridges span the Ismailia Canal, providing critical links between the right and left banks of the canal. These bridges feature significant curvature in their design to accommodate the geographic and infrastructural requirements of the area.
Additionally, a major infrastructure project in Ismailia includes the Main Bridge, which crosses the Port Said Canal. This bridge serves as a vital connection between the Temsah Lake Corridor and Port Said Road, while also crossing over Mohamed Ali Street. The Main Bridge, which is approximately 2,000 meters in length, is designed with four lanes in each direction, facilitating smooth traffic flow and contributing to the overall development of the city’s transportation network.
