Al Bayt Stadium, set to host the 2022 Football World Cup in Qatar, is designed to resemble a traditional tent, reflecting local culture. The main structure includes longitudinal steel trusses supporting transverse trusses and secondary beams to maintain the membrane structure. The roof and facade are covered in cladding membrane, supported by horizontal beams resting on vertical trusses to transfer loads to the ground. SICE played a key role in optimizing the steel framework for both the roof and facade.
